I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC)
Interview
Fidelity utilizes the STAR method for their interview process, which is explicitly stated in emails received from the TA team. After completing a phone interview with the TA rep, I had another phone interview, before a Zoom interview with a manager. You must complete a comprehensive background check before receiving an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Jun 2025
Interview
Started off with a phone interview with the first hiring manager which lasted about 20 min. I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. Overall that went well. The second interview was on zoom with a different hiring manager. It was one of the worst interviews I ever had. Ivan, the second hiring manager, was not very professional. He was drinking throughout the interview and sounded very robotic while asking questions. He wasn't clear with what he was saying and seemed distracted by something. The pay is not good, it's only 45K a year and that's paid hourly. I asked about career growth and he said there's no career growth at all. Very odd.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2025
Interview
The recruiter was friendly in the beginning of the interview but towards the end when I asked questions she began to get agitated and avoided a lot of my questions and concerns. She compared the licensing exams to taking the bar exam to be a lawyer.
