Fidelity Investments Customer Service Associate interview questions

If you work in a branch, your success is determined by the service manager. You will be called to from the call center to schedule a 1st phone interview with the service branch manager and then you will be invited to the branch to interview.

It was great, both Nick & Andrew were great to speak with and were very informative on what the role would look like, upward mobility, and the company culture. I truly learned a lot more than what I had known initially and I valued the time I had speaking with them.
