It was a quick 30 mins chat, then they ghosted me. I've been applying to at least a job a month since two years ago, never got an interview booked ever again, nor an explanation of why I am never a suitable candidate. I added employees in LinkedIn and messaged them, they never reply. I have of ten years of experience in this industry abroad, is it really that difficult to even get in the door?
