There were 2 interviews, one with one team member, then the second with a regional manager, and 2 event producers. There was also a logic/maths test to complete at home in a fixed time slot, and a case study that I had to present during the second interview.

Four steps: - interview with HR: you get the role description, they ask for your experiences and questions about them; they ask your salary expectations. - logic/mathematics/reading and comprehension test. It's nothing related to the job really, they just want to make sure you're a real person with good thinking abilities I guess. - interview with manager(s): specific questions about realistic scenarios that could happen in your job. - business case presentation, for which you have 1/2 weeks to prepare for
