Es war ein klassisches HR Vorstellungsgespräch, 30 Min Dauer. Zuerst musste man sich vorstellen, dann wurde das Unternehmen und die Rolle wurde vorgestellt. Fragen zum Werdegang und persönlicher Fit wurden gestellt.

Bitte stellen Sie sich vor? Warum wollen Sie bei Fever Up arbeiten? Was sind Ihre Erfahrungen in dem Bereich?
Interview with recruiter was just operational, going through a list of questions confirming your fit but nothing behavioural. Then it's an online assessment and it takes at least one hour to complete. Abstract and math part seemed super unnecessary for the role that I applied for. I missed the cutoff by a few points which I don't think shows my ability to do well in this job. It would have been way better if the assessment was tailored for the role you are applying and not some random math questions that won't be necessary to do at the job.

Recruiter asked only operational questions (your salary expectations, where you are based, etc).
Felt very dry in the first HR stage in my opinion. Following that there was a technical test which I felt rather challenging. Overall nothing exceptionally good or bad. The interviewer could have been a bit nicer. Mainly just wanted to squeeze out the info from me and move on as soon as possible.
