The interview process was clear, professional, and well-organized. It started with an initial conversation with the Country Manager, focusing on my experience and fit for the role. This was followed by a Mettl assessment to evaluate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Next, I was asked to prepare and present a proposal for an event, and the final stage was an interview with the Regional Managing Director, which provided valuable insight into the company’s broader goals and leadership expectations.
