First phone call interview. They gave a brief description of the role and what you can expect from day to day activities. After that they opened it up for me to ask question about the job and company. Afterwards they asked some simple background questions. The whole process was pretty easy and took about 15 mins.

3 parts:
1. Routine questions from resume and background.
2. Analysis of different business scenarios and giving suggestions orally. Like 'would it be profitable if we start giving service in XXX country?'
3. Questions requiring calculation. Such as 'calculate the profit with given price, operating cost, and some assumptions?'
