I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx in Jul 2014
Interview
First, they take you to the first interview, which is basically an orientation. They just show you around the place and if you are interested in working in that environment, you tell them and they will schedule you for a second interview.
Very easy, just be friendly and agree that you are able to lift heavy objects weighting over 50 lbs and as long as you have no criminal record then you should get it. They just ask what you did in your previous jobs.

Question 1
Questions were not tricky. Straight forward and they just want to get to know you a little better.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (North Canton, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
Saw online that they were hiring part-time package handlers. You have to go to a sort observation before you can apply. The sort observation online takes about 20 minutes and they just show everyone around and you observe the job being done. Then you leave and they email you an application. Fill it out and they will review it and ask you to come in for an interview. Interview is very easy. Mostly yes/no questions. Then he told me I had a job pending a background check. Had to fill out the background check form that they emailed to me and sent it back in.

Question 1
Will you have any trouble making it to work on time every day?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
The interview process was very easy. I have had a lot of jobs and by far this was the easiest interview ever because all they asked was basic questions. For example, can you perform the job duties, do you have reliable transportation, are you ok with the shift you are scheduled, and so on just real basic yes or no questions. The they run your background but it takes about a month for them to call you back to give you the job offer.
