Easy, but it's a warehouse, not supposed to be difficult. Put in an application, select your desired shift, and receive a call that confirms your schedule and background test. Takes about a week or two, then you have a bout 3 days of training and you're on your own

The interview process here is super easy. It is not a 1 on 1 interview. They text a few questions then you come in almost the next day for a 2-3 day orientation course
