I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Henderson, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
If you have a pulse they will hire you! They ask if you can lift a certain amount of weight. They ask general questions and your hired. Once hired they treat their employees as a number! The training sucks you sit in a class and watch videos and then are expected to handle the job! No one there really knows what they are doing so your set up to fail! Managers don't know how to do their job, but you're expected to know how to do yours, its a joke, just look at their turnover rate! Haha! I don't know how that place operates and the pay sucks!
