FedEx Ops Manager interview questions

The interview process was fairly easy i had worked their for about two years in different positions before i became a manager. Overall it was fairly casual interview, and i heard back the next day.

BAR questions and motivational fit. Back ground action and result. Quick process leading to in-person interview. Small room with 2 interviewers. Interview took almost an hour to answer 6 bar questions moto. fit and a safety demonstration.
