FedEx Operations Manager interview questions

Interview process was not professional. Interviewers were not dressed professionally and only asked 4 questions and 3 of them were from my resume. Took 45 mins of my time to read my resume to me and couldn't answer my questions about the role or pay. Shame.

Interview is fairly easy. Goes over situational and behavioral questions. The best answers will include: describing the situation, explaining how you handled the situation, the resolution of that situation, and the follow up after the resolution
