FedEx Operations interview questions

The hiring and interview process was market related, nothing new. The process lasted approximately 3 weeks including the interview stage. There is submission of applications and the process of screening follows. If you make it pass the screening, you’ll be called in for an interview.

Applying online then conducted an 45 min virtual interview with Senior Manager and HR Manager, then waited for another week before receiving the offer. The whole process is easy, their recruiter was supportive and helpful. The whole process went smoothly with no remarkable glitch.
