Describe a time when you took initiative to solve a problem and what was the result
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was intimidated. It was a phone interview that lasted about 40 minutes. The manager of the warehouse and some gal from HR asked 10 questions, 9 of which are to be answered in the BAR format: Background, Action, Result. They are looking for key words, and basically just making sure you've been in different scenarios and handled them accordingly. In the end I thought I did badly, but I got the job! The one and only question you can answer however you'd like is the first one and it's why would FedEx benefit from hiring you.
