long, 3 interviews, one in person and one over phone. each interview I was asked the same questions. And with each interview you meet someone higher up in the company. it was about a 3 week process. which can be annoying if you don't get an offer. the questions are standard interview questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Upland, CA) in May 2013
Interview
Interviewed with an assistant manager, store manager, then the district manager. Application was online and easy enough but it was harder to make the store manager understand I was a serious applicant even after another store manager recommended me.

Question 1
Why do you think you deserve to make more than the rest of my staff?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office in Mar 2012
Interview
The hiring process was longer than expected. It consisted of 3 interviews, Phone and 2 Store Interviews with the Store Manager. He really liked how I had knowledge of printing and design from my background and school work. Overall, it compared to other companies but could be shorter, especially for the position applying for.
