i was interviewed by the manager at the time. Great guy and very professional. He seemed like he cared and showed that if you got hired on you would learn a lot.

Interview
I completed the online application and then the assessment. I then followed up with the Center Manager via phone and then in person. Next, I interviewed with the Center Manager and finally had a phone interview with the district manager. Both interviews were relatively informal. Both managers asked mostly behavioral questions ("tell me about a time you were unable to meet a deadline...") from a script provided by FedEx Corporate (I think).

Interview
Very professional interview with recruiter, great conversation mixed with behavioral interview. Open and honest discussion. Second interview with two district managers was shady. One dm was 20 minutes late, offered no apology, was cold and disinterested. Second dm on phone was searching for very focused customer service attributes.
