Quick and smooth interview, but lack of field specific knowledge from the interviewer’s side, they are not really measuring job-specific skills. No tests, or at-home tasks needed to be completed. 3-round interview process

Interview
The process is fairly smooth for a new hire during the questions as long as you are customer and technology focused. Its very easy especially if you're getting a promotion. The interview goes quick and you discuss your impact you've made and will strive for.
Phone interview with recruiter, easygoing and friendly. In person interview with District Manager consisted of more detailed questions about job history and approach to certain situations. Final interview with Managing Director was more questions about job history but shorter in terms of length of time.
