I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FedEx Office
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and I thought a real challenge due to who completed the interview. This particular Director had vast knowledge and years of experience. It was about 2 hours with very direct questions to ensure the fit was a win win situation. The other person who sat in was rendered useless and sadly the Director chose to leave.

Interview
Submitted my resume and got a call back within the week for an interview. Assistant manager was so nice. He made the interview easy. I felt like I already worked there. The interview went great and so I was called back for a second interview with the center manager. He was also fun to talk to. I could tell he was proud to work for FedEx Office and he wanted me to be as well. I was hired with a starting pay way better than I thought it would be. It was all around probably the best hiring and interview process I've ever had.

Question 1
Why should I hire you? (this was the first time I had heard this question)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (New York, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
Its was a two step process. First you meet with the manager thats available and then you meet with the district managers for them to approve you. They both have to qualify you for you to get the job. Afterwards, you get a call about 2 weeks or less later. But overall i went to an open house at the time and it was a little stressful.
