FedEx Maintenance Technician interview questions

2 interviews. Overall took about 2 hours in total. FedEx follows the BAR format, which is Background, Actions, Result. I interviews with the Facility Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and HR. The interview was super easy and not too time consuming.

Met with two maintenance managers. Process took about 1.5 hrs from beginning to end. It was a basic interview with no hard questions. Both guys asked questions and wanted the STAR method to be used when answering.
