Pretty much as you would expect for an entry level position in which no college degree is required. First interview was over the phone and was based pretty much on what is listed on your resume, the second is typically an in person interview in front on hiring managers and consisted of basic questions such as how do you react under stress and give an example. Just study typical interview questions online and you'll be fine.

One interview, I know someone really hi up in corporate. I feel in love with their dream, when the company was a great place to work. Not so much any more.
