Sign up on the web site. Wait about a month and someone will call you to set up an interview. Sit in a room with usually two managers. they take turn asking you questions back and forth. One will write his notes while the other asks the questions. Lots of behavioral questions. They will have you in the room for about 30min. After this you will wait a couple days and they will call you to arrange new hire items. DRUG TEST and physical. The process takes around 2 months from start to finish.

Phone screen then phone interview then 30 minute in person interview with 2 people. I then went into another room and then i took a brief competency test. The overall process was fairly straight forward and nothing out of the ordinary.

I Sat down with two people. I Was asked roughly 9 questions. It was basic stuff, asking how I would apply my past experience to different situations. They seemed to want to know a lot ( or keyed in on organizational skills) It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers were cool and friendly.

They asked what job I had in the past where I had to change my routine on a regular basis. The only problem with that was that I didn't really have a job like that.
