Interview process was quite simple and consisted of responding to requests via email and messaging to accomplish several tasks and submitting info they requested with a follow-up of the facility tour with the management team.
In person with hiring manager and Operation Assist Manager. Eight questions in total and mostly behavioral questions. Just to establish the prospective candidate is a team player and agile. Got hiring decision in less than 4 hours. The on boarding process was also smooth . Above all, the FedEx benefits are so attractive.
