I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Port Angeles, WA) in May 2014
Interview
The interview wasn't individual. A group of people came in one morning to see what it was all about and if they could handle it or not. And the job came first come first serve. I happen to have been lucky and got my application in quick.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked if we were physically fit enough to handle to job.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
