I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Basically the interview took about 10 minutes. They asked me general questions and showed me the schedule for M-F. You didn't need to dress up for the interview. They only want to know can you show up for work on time, can you perform up to their standards (certain quota you must meet) and what shift you wanted to work (only had two at the time, evenings and nights). Pay starts at $10.00 for evenings and about $10.60 for nights (11 pm - 4 am).
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
