      The external HR manager is not correct with the candidates. However, the next two interview steps with the company leaders is quite good. They go quite in depth with company culture values and to understand your business capabilities.

      Le processus est assez simple, il y a une seule interview avec généralement 2 personnes (le manager qui vous supervisera et une autre personne qu'il a choisi). En général il y a un business case pour lequel on vous donne 1h de préparation. De mon expérience le business case ne peut pas réellement être réussi, car il n'y a pas assez d'info pour donner réponse aux questions. Le but est de voir comment on réfléchi. Si la première partie est réussi il y a des questions pour comprendre notre façon de fonctionner dans une équipe.

      Excel test, phone interview, panel interview. presentation, MD interview, and VP interview. It was intense. Analysis.They took turns to ask you questions and they took notes. Make sure you answer all questions with an example.
