Apply on-line and then a recruiter will call and set up an interview.
You will be asked 8 behavioral questions where they will be looking for strong answers from your past experience that relates to the courier job.
You will be given a conditional offer based upon passing drug and crim check.

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
