Case Study, pre-interview written test, Face 2 Face, psychometric test, Telephonic interviews from US. They don't have clear objectives. These guys are very good in wasting candidate's time. They don't know the interview process to be followed for senior level role. They feel that only higher compensation will help them to hold the people for longer time.
