FedEx Engineer interview questions

Some applicants complete a video interview before the official interview. The official interview follows a BAR format and there are at least two people running the interview, generally the hiring manager, a peer, and HR.

FedEx Ground does the B.A.R process where they ask you to explain a time when you did something or faced some situation. The B stands for Background so you need to give a background of the situation you are in. The A stands for Action where you need to talk about the action you took and why you took it. The R stands for Results where you describe the final results of the situation.
