1. Given 15 minutes time starting from now, prepare a 5 minutes presentation on what skills and experiences you can bring to this position to become a successful Engineer at FedEx? You can use the whiteboard, PowerPoint slides, and post card during the presentation, which can help you illustrate and explain your skills and experiences better. 2. Tell me about a time when you have to convince somebody to agree to the points you are making? 3. After we finish with the interview questions I was accompanied by an engineer to give a tour of the station at Syracuse, NY. Then, I was asked to drive an hour and half to Binghamton, NY (the station for where I was interviewed for) talk with the senior manager. We had a conversation for about an hour then I left. This was kind of informal conversation. He also gave me tour to the station and explain about the work the engineers do at the station.
