Fastenal Supply Chain Associate interview questions

Easy process overall. It will take time to receive an interview call from the time you apply. There will be two rounds of interviews, starting with the branch manager and then the territory manager. They both will ask similar questions and I guess they have their own importance in understanding the candidate for Supply Chain Associate position.

Went very quickly, first did a phone interview followed by two other interviews. After the interviews you have to take a drug test in order to be officially hired. Seemed like they rushed the interview process too fast.
