I was asked several questions about my knowledge of the company, past relevant experiences in sales/industrial distribution, and some personal qualities. Simple the DM comes to interview you they decide if you will get hired. This can be either good or bad it seams it can be the luck of the draw if you have a few other people they are looking to hire. Laid back just like a conversation.
