Fastenal Sales Associate interview questions

great interview, good experience. It was all straight questions. Need to know the company values. No additional sales experience need. Retail experience is required to be a strong candidate. Application process is fast.

I've had two different interviews. The first was awful, and was very clear the person interviewing me had no interest in hiring me from the beginning. The second interview was very good and felt like the interviewer really wanted to get to know me, I got a second interview for that position.
