Fastenal Outside Sales Representative interview questions

Very easy and informal. Sat in a truck and talked. They were interested in my past experiences working at another distribution company. I came from another Fastenal store so they simply asked me what I had learned and what I need to know to do my job correctly.

Phone interview, 2 face to face. It was Farley easy for the most part. Your normal handshake and introduction process. All you really have to have is confidence. And you are sure to get the job.
