Fastenal Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Applied online, and got a phone screening call the very next day which involved basic background, and relevant to the role questions. Got an automatic rejection email in a few days after. My profile matched perfectly for the role and even though it is an entry level position, not sure what they actually want in a candidate.

I received an email to call in for an interview. The interview was very short, lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. The recruiter asked like three or four questions about background. I asked her about the day to day of this position but she was not familiar with it.
