Fastenal interview questions

2 phone interviews and 2 personal interviews, in which I've got well over twenty years experience and twelve yrs on my current job, after wasting two of my vacation days to go to Fastenal and only living 4 blocks away from them they didn't want to hire me ! Although they made it seem like I was gonna be a good fit for them! They are the same as other big business! That's all I can say.

Applied online, lead to a phone interview with district manager. Then had in person interview with store manager. Was a simple interview with basic questions, included career goals (they want to here you are open to working there)
