Fastenal interview questions

Very normal and a 2-3 step process. Meeting with the District manager directly and other General managers. Each was at a different Fastenal store in the Portland area, first one was formal and the 2nd one was less formal and move conversation like.

Applied online. Was contacted via email for a phone interview the same day. The phone interview was horrible, called just a corporate number and spoke to a random person who was extremely monotones and completely uninterested in what I had to say. After a few weeks I was contacted for an interview I was leaving town the day they wanted to meet with me so they allowed me to come that day to interview. The District Manager called me the next day and did a second interview over the phone since I was out of town. They were super friendly and I appreciated how accommodating they were!
