Fastenal interview questions

Two interviews. First, with the General Manager of the store you will be working with. Second, with the District Manager. The interview process has a standard set of boiler plate questions. Many of the questions are, why do you want to work here, what is your motivation to work, describe a time when...Etc. Pretty straight forward interviews taking about 45 minutes to an hour each. Quick turn around response time.

I first interviewed with the store manager. Then I interviewed with the regional manner a couple days later. Neither was too long or difficult and they asked the usual generic interview questions
