Fastenal interview questions

Interview first with district manager. Pretty simple took about an hour. Then had a follow up with RVP. Once both interviews were complete HR got involved to extend an offer and set up proper paperwork

The process is brief and straight to the point. Does not ask much technical questions. If you have had customer service experience, you'll do just fine. Having a 1 to 1 interview is the easiest of the interviews. Don't over think your questions and asnwer each question directly with proven experience.
