Fastenal interview questions

About 20 questions that were all pretty basic. (How did you hear about the job/what are your goals as an OSR/Etc.) It was a 2 part interview with my General Manager and then one with the District Manager.

Initially phone call interview happened, then they called me onsite, interview process was so easy and straightforward. final round is basically one round when they call onsite, and ask behavioral questions along with some abstract technical questions, they have a policy, they don't go deep in technical questions.
