Fastenal interview questions

It was very simple all that is needed to know is a simple background check is done and all long as you want to work then you will be hired. If you have forklift experience or warehouse experience is a plus

Had an initial call with a recruiter with basic screening questions. Followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. Basic introductory questions, followed by an experience focused conversation. Closed it out with some questions of my own.
