Fastenal interview questions

The interview process is very mundane and basic. The questions will be your normal, run-of-the-mill interview questions. Be prepared for a second interview if the District Manager was not in your first one. The General Managers are not trusted with the hiring process themselves.

Since it was first round of phone interview, questions were easy to answer. They asked very basic questions. As I remembered, the interviewer was unprofessional and the interview lasts 20-30 minutes.
