Fastenal interview questions

Interview process began with a breif phone interview with Human Reources that covered general personality and qualifications. Next step is an interview with prospective General Manager that covers more traditional interview questions and resume points. Final interview is with a District Manager and summarizes the earlier interviews as well as goals, potential, and pathways with the company.

Very casual interview process through the phone. Mostly simple questions. Overall, the process was fairly smooth and simple. Pretty positive experience. The hiring manager knew his stuff. The interview process with fastenal in my experience is usually pretty low-key and simple
