Fastenal interview questions

Short. 5 min phone interview then interview with general and district manager. Overall good stuff but maybe not as technical as I expected. I got an email initially from a recruiter I met at a networking event.

I had a phone interview and then a virtual interview with two different people. The phone interview was straightforward, mainly discussing the company and what I put in my resume. During the virtual interview, they posed behavioral questions, asking how I would react or had reacted in specific situations. The questions evolved based on my responses during the interview.
