Fastenal interview questions

It was pretty basic. Fill out the application online, Ashley the HR lady calls you back for an interview. You come in, and talk to the department manager. He gives you a tour of the facility and explains what you'll be doing. Very laid back process. If they like you, you get to talk to the Hub Manager Eric. They talk to you together about your past experience, what you think you can bring to the table at the hub, and as long as you aren't a complete toad and have a sense of humor, you'll be just fine. After you're accepted, they require you to do a full day or two of paid training, answering questions online and doing the usual orientation stuff.
