Fastenal interview questions

Applying was easy online application with a test at the end. The test was timed and they do not call you if you performed poorly on the test. After they Called I was called in to do an interview with the General manager. He was awesome! Very nice guy, young and professional. After that interview there was an interview with the district manager. He was less personable. But overall ok experience

It was a one on one interview with the district manager in the store. I applied online and I had to take a skills test. None of the questions on the test apply to the job, I think they are just trying to screen for people who can follow directions and have attention to detail. It was an easy interview. I showed up in my suit and I felt overdressed but I recommend you still dress up. I was asked maybe 10 questions before I was offered the position.
