Fastenal interview questions

It was tough because there was not a lot of questions lots of selling company and what make it a great place to work it is a great place to work you will have to be willing to make sacrifices in order to do well and move up quickly it you are more concerned about yourself than the companies success byou will not do well here

Had to take a quiz, then talked to the district manager. Talked about my major in school. The main question is how long you plan on staying and where you see yourself going. If it doesn't match what the DM wants, then it was a waste of time even applying
