Fastenal interview questions

Start out very simply. As long as you are a good person with some drive you will get the position. The job starts part time and works until there is an opening.

The interview was basic asking about previous experiences and a few behavioral questions. I applied online and then was called to set up a face to face interview. There is a second interview with your manager, and then a drug screen after this step. The drug test takes 10 days to process, and the entire process lasted about 2 weeks.
