Fastenal interview questions

The interview process was seamless. After an initial HR screening on the phone, I was invited to meet with the General Manager. After the initial interview, I was recalled for a further interview with the District Manager. The interview process in itself is fairly easy. As an applicant, one aspect that you need to keep in mind is that all positions in the beginning are part-time. Depending on the store needs will your hours vary. Would be a great student job.

It was a very simple interview that did not require any testing or comprehensiveness. It was straight to the point and they knew what they were looking for the entire time. They made it apparent that you must have sufficient social skills and the ability to engage in business meetings. Overall, great experience and great company to work for in the end.
