Fastenal interview questions

Basic Phone interview asking very general questions about availability and so on. What type of experience I had and why I wanted to work at Fastenal. What hours I was available and what were my best qualities and worst qualities.

I was scheduled for an interview with the General Manager, then an interview with the Regional Manager. Both were conducted in the office of the branch. It was very laid back. I will say that their process has changed dramatically. Applications pass through corporate before a GM or RM can even see it, cnadidates are handed down and interviews are much more structured.
