It was a good Process. Had two Interviews and second interview they hired me that day, it was not high pressure at all. it was a sit down with the district manager and the second interview was with the district manager along with the store manager. They give you a brief run down on what the company is about and the opportunities that are involved with Fastenal

Did not have formal interview, just met in person and explained about myself. It was very easy process and luckily the district manager was very easy going and nice. You should still dress nice with formal attire just for your own reputation.

Typical. I had the General manager and regional manager interview me for my job. It was intimidating; however, they asked the typical interview questions. What was your weaknesses, name a time when, when was a situation that you used sales? They are very easy to answer as long as you prep beforehand.
